There is also an additional ring road from here, avoiding traffic jams after the tunnel and allowing free access to Tivat Airport, which is only 1.5 km away. Kotor Bay, sometimes called the Adriatic Fjord, is known for its unique oyster farms. From the complex THE HOUSE, by a bypass road, you can easily reach the Luštica peninsula, where you can find secluded beaches and a golf club.
Within walking distance is the historic Austrian Road, built in 1816 for hiking, and the beach is just a 15-minute walk away. You’ll also find a gym just 5 minutes from the house, and an indoor winter pool just a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, you’ll have the convenience of walking to supermarkets and a 24-hour gas station in just 5 minutes.
Complex
THE HOUSE complex includes 5 buildings that have an earthquake-resistant monolithic frame structure using internal brickwork. The facade walls are 300 mm thick and covered with Verona travertine over a total area of 7500 m2. Underneath the travertine is a four-level waterproofing and thermal insulation system designed with “warm ceramic” technology, which also provides soundproofing.
Inside THE HOUSE is landscaped so you can enjoy the sounds of nature, including birdsong.
The interiors of THE HOUSE buildings are designed by a professional designer with exquisite taste, providing a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere as well as efficient use of space. The projects are created in the concept of ‘flowing space’, which allows the living room, kitchen and dining room to be combined into a single unit, creating a sense of spaciousness. This effect is emphasized by the panoramic windows, which bring natural light into the interior.
Features
THE HOUSE complex is connected to artesian water, the source of which begins in Old Town and is located underground. This feature is only available in some parts of Kotor town, as most other settlements on the coast, including Kotor Bay, depend on water sources from Shkoder Lake.
All apartments are equipped with fiber optic internet to router, and access to satellite TV with a wide range of channels is provided.
