The condominiums for sale are an excellent investment opportunity in Montenegro as the hotel will operate for 12 months. Apartment owners are required to rent them out, but they can use them for 2 months, no more than 15 days in a row (of which 10 days in one month).
The rest of the year, the apartments are rented out by the hotel management, and the owners receive a return on their investment. The model for all rental units would be a rental fund 60% owned by the apartment owners and 40% owned by the hotel after expenses.
